I heard that the Flowmasters have a lot of resonating or droning noise. How do you guys like them? I will be running a 3 1/2 as well Sam.

waupachino, sorry I guess I missed your response to my problem. I have accel 8.5 wires, but I am looking at getting some different ones because I don't like the yellow. I See your link for Firecore so I will check them out, thanks. Also, Its more of the #4 & #6 plugs I have the clearance issues with.

Cudax, I can get at the spark plug and I have a socket I can use for the plug but I can not get a spark plug wire boot in the tight area between the end of the plug and the header tube.

I have Hooker Comps on my big block and they fit fine. The O.D. is just under 2" on the primary tubes, so is that what you would call 2"? Anyway the problem I am having is that I can not get a plug wire boot to go on the #6 plug. The header tube is too close to the end of the spark plug. I have Dart Pro 1 aluminum heads. Does anyone else have this issue?

"The 72 El Monte (Baltimore plant) and at the NCOA Convention in Nashville around 1992 (I have pics and video) and the Z-16 engine 1965 Malibu 300 DeLuxe which we found later in Nashville, TN (with the drivetrain changed to Oldsmobile, but we know where the original IX code Z-16 engine is." gprimm........what are you saying with this sentence??

Does it hurt to put them on the bottom? My springs fitted so loose on the axle taht I put the rubber isolaters on the bottom too. I have not driven the car since I put them in so I don't know if its an issue or not.

I did your option #1. I have not had the car running yet so I don't know if I have the lines routed correctly. My lines went from the trans to the top of the cooler, exiting the bottom of the cooler to the top of the radiator and then out the bottom of the radiator back to the trans. Not sure if this was the best way to run the lines, but that is the way I have them right now.

I think big block cars got the round control arm bushings and small blocks got the oval.

Quarter Glass rear seals/weather stripping

I talked to Steele Rubber a couple of years ago about these. I sent him a piece from my weather stripping so he could get a good look at it. But he said they couldn't do them at that time. Maybe now if they see there is a small demand for them they will do them. Put me down for a few sets.
