Did anyone ever have the ac belt not line up with the power steering pulley ? looks like the ac sets back just enough to make the power steering to make a little noise like 1/8 to a 1/4 of a inch ?

The one I have states it for 350th or 400th but its a little short of bolting up it's plastic which I think is right for that year ?
