  1. Right on , thanks ๐Ÿ‘
  2. I have a 72โ€™ with non working A/C. Id like to get some fresh air inside until I get aftermarket air. In the kick panel area, can I remove the vacuum actuated door on pass side and the block off plate on the driver side and add the non A/C kick panels and be good to go? Or what else needs to be done? Thanks

Very nice, Chevelle sounds great ๐Ÿ‘Œ
  4. I bought a set of American Racing headers, which Iโ€™ll hopefully be installing soon. Since some of you guys have been running them for a few years now, do you have any advice on cleaning or maintaining them, or anything I should do prior to installation? I read an article about spraying the inside of stainless steel headers with VHT silver ceramic paint to prevent the outside from bluing, not sure how well that works. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘
  5. I appreciate you checking, thanks again
  6. cbolt thank you. Did you replace every bulb, as in turn signal & bright indicators, etc with the same led? I see they do have other options for those, It looks like theyโ€™re slightly dimmer bulbs. For a 72โ€™, I assumed the color they call natural would be the normal white ?
  7. Superbrite ledโ€™s website claims there 194 replacements for the instrument cluster are dimmable, can anyone verify they will dim correctly ? Iโ€™m not fond of excessively bright dash lights, but I like the thought of lower current draw and less heat on the circuit board. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘
  8. Thank you, that definitely helps. Mines about 12 5/8โ€ - 12 3/4โ€. I get exactly 2โ€ to the back of both wheels from the inner fender by the frame, so Iโ€™m guessing my quarters are a little wider on the lip.
  9. Iโ€™ve been looking for a couple measurements I havenโ€™t been able to locate. โ€” How wide is the wheel well lip on a factory quarter panel? Are aftermarket quarters typically wider there ? โ€” What is the dimension from inside that wheel well lip to the inner fender near the frame? Thanks ๐Ÿ‘
  10. My intention was to do the floor shift conversion, back drive the column and eliminate the shift indicator or cover it somehow. Probably end up just blacking it out. I thought maybe aftermarket might make a plug or something similar to fill the hole.
  11. I was hoping to reuse the original, to retain the odometer reading.
  12. What are you guys using to cover up the shift indicator on the Speedo after switching from column to floor shift? Thanks ๐Ÿ‘
