  1. Thanks for the replies guys! Not a lot of tire options for 295-50r15s would it be possible to fit the taller 295-55r15s with the coil overs? Lip rolling is okay in my book.
  2. What is the largest width tire you can fit on the rear end of these without rubbing, I have some 15x10 5.5 backspace rims already. Or what would be a wide tire size that would fit even if I have to buy new rims. Thanks guys.
  3. I agree that could be the problem ,but it makes the click like it does not have enough power, so I at first thought it was the battery and got that checked out and it works good. Another thing is after that clicking like it doesn’t have enough power the All lights go off.
  4. Battery is defiantly fully charged and good. Had it checked. Where is the ground on the block? I’ll check the starter connections next couldnt find the block ground.
  5. Hi I have a 72 Monte Carlo custom I put the gas tank in last fall and was getting ready to start it and it just clicks, and then after a while no power, so I noticed the fender ground was missing so I added that, now the gauge cluster lights up again but there seems to be no ground to the starter as it won’t crank? We’re is the ground located for that. I also cleaned the ground from the battery to the alternator bracket so that isn’t the problem.
  6. Why would they put one on top of the gas tank? I’m actually putting a new gas tank in very soon. Hopefully it survived that long in North Dakota.
  7. One more question, if there anyway to get the build sheet for this car? It seems like it has gotten everything minus a big block engine.
  8. Wow thanks everyone for the replies! I’ll have to post some pictures of the car in the new guy section.
  9. I have a 72 Monte Carlo custom and can’t seem to find this color code “19” I’ve looked at a couple decoding guides and it says that is the color code location. Thanks new member here I have a a account on 67-72 Chevy/gmc truck board also.
