  1. What tranny do you have? i've got the same ratio, 65 mph and i'm running over 3k on the tach. there have been other posts on this that you can plug all your info in and get so good #'s for different variations.
  2. Cam looks ok lifters are rock [you said a naughty!] solid, just don't want to bleed down!
  3. I bought the cam back in 07 when I rebuilt the engine but after rebuilding it the car sat in a bodyshop for over three years!
  4. so did you need to remove your inner spring during breakin?
  5. Always used a additive, the one thing I didn't do during breakin was remove my inner valve springs like they suggested. Any body else do it that way?
  6. anybody had problems with comp cam 11-209-3 for a big block? I've got less than 500 miles on it and mine is shot. Just tore it down tonight so I haven't talked to comp cam people. Normal break-in went fine! Ran very nice until this year.
  7. Hoping you all the best and a speedy recovery.
  8. I bought a set powder coated off ebay. Wrong springs, I had to use my old ones. If yours work good then I don't see any reason why you can't repaint what you have.
  9. Those wheels make a big diff. for the better.

  11. Spray them down ahead of time of course, and it might help to hit the head of the bolt with a ball peen hammer if you have room, just take your time. if that doesn't work have a beer or two and wait for more replies!
