TH 400 kickdown switch bracket

does anyone have some good pics of the kickdown switch bracket for a TH400 in their Montes they can share please?

If I remember correctly, on my 72, the bracket that holds the gas pedal linkage on also functions as the TH400 Kick Down Switch Bracket.

I only have a partial picture that I can find as the upper portion of the bracket is out of site.  I can't say the 70/71 models followed same method.

Basically, should be able to bolt kick down switch right onto the bracket holding the gas pedal linkage in place.

Here is what the bracket looks like. If you have a flat plate on the gas pedal you'll remove that and that bracket bolts on in its place.

it looks like the part is adjustable ? can it be moved to have the switch engage differently,

 where did you buy this switch at, thanks

The part isn't adjustable and the switch can't be moved to be engage differently. Most of the aftermarket vendors carry the switch and bracket.

The reason I ask if this part is adjustable ,is that when I mash on the gas sometimes the switch engages for a shift down to lower gear and sometimes it does not, I did about 20 years ago put a piece of rubber hose on the part that touches the gas pedal bracket ,and it worked fine ,now I changed the switch to new and still does kick down to lower gear only sometimes,thanks
