Discovered I had another NOS extension today it does not have any evidence of ever being bolted on a car...
The black one on the right is obviously NOS.. the gray one was less obvious but I really studied it today and can say with almost 100% certainty it is NOS as well it's had a bracket bolted to it but there is no bolt Mark Where It Bolts to the fender.
Both are solid rust-free but need to be stripped and epoxy prime, as they have surface rust showing through.
Asking $350 for the pair, or reasonable offer.
Have good used ones as well.
