1970mcss
I had the fender moulding come off while I was replacing the inner fenders. I don't think the former owner used the correct moulding clips. The middle clip was missing and I don't think the others are correct. They are pushin, are they correct? Should they attach with nuts from behind? Is there a good supplier for a complete set of retainers? I have a feeling others are missing.

Leghome
I used plastic clips to reattach my rocker moldings and they worked very good. Got them from Konick's Klassics
1970mcss
I got the rocker molding off, kind of nerve racking. One of my questions is what is the rear screw suppose to be screwed into. Mine was screwed into silicone or something like that.

overdrive
The originals had a raised shoulder to keep from mashing the trim with the screw. You could use a small piece of rubber tubing on the screw, between the trim and the push nut, if the ones you find don't have the shoulder. I bought these, but they were a little too tall. I sanded them down with 40 grit. You will want to measure the square hole size. Dan
