Both sides are the same. Just ask for stock replacements. The height will be the same as you have. All I can say is go to a local parts store and look at them closely before you buy. I bought some once and the metal that goes against the motor was not positioned square with the other metal. Both were junk. Just make sure they are made with the 2 steel parts square to one another.

I just looked at both NAPA and Advance Auto Parts.  I noticed both of them list not only a solid mount but also a rubber/steel mount like the original.  I don't know if I would use the solid mount or the reason for a solid mount.  I think it was NAPA that also listed a Poly Mount.  They also ranged in price but not as cheap as the cheaper one you mentioned.  Personally I don't think I would go with the cheapest.  Too much problem to change to go the cheap route for me.

My original mounts are still in my car and I have considered changing them as a precaution prior to failure.  My original Monte driver side mount failed and the way I know it had failed is when I accelerated hard the fan would contact the shroud.

I wouldn't think you would need to go with the most expensive mount, but a mid range price.

As far as a driver/passenger side difference, it depends upon which one you look at.  Advance listed a left side specific and right side specific on one of them and on another one they listed the same mount to fit both sides.

I have a pair of mounts that I replaced in my 72 when I had the motor rebuilt. Them seem to be in good condition that you could have for shipping. I replaced them because I could and my son in-law is very picky when putting a car back together so tro keep him form harping I bought new ones.
