Will the 4" back space clear the quarter panels? Are they OEM or aftermarket??

The wheels cleared the Quarters on my car. My car does sit a bit higher. The rims are OEM. You can try them on if you want. I know how it is not being sure if something fits.

I tried a set of OEM off of a 78 Corvette and the rubbed but I don't remember the tire size. I think I have read the offset needs to be 4.5-5" maybe someone can let us know

To fit a 275/60 r15 you need at least a 4.5 backspace. A 15x8 with a 4"bs will fit but a narrower tire is required. Take care on the outer lip. That's where it would rub. You can fit a 15x10 rim with a 5.5" bs. Hope this helps.

The 245-60-15 will work with the 15x8 4"bs on our cars. Slight triming MAY be needed but most likely not.
