Blackhawk
Hello All I have a 71 monte ss454 and I am rewiring it. Does anyone have a listing of the connectors required for trunk, interior, and engine compartment? A kit would be crazy good john The majority of your connectors/terminals are Packard 56, though I think the headlights are Packard 59. They crimp using a modified open barrel crimping die, or by spending the money for a specific crimping tool. You'll probably have a tough time finding them anywhere but online, unless you have a local shop that does restoration. The local GM dealers had no idea what to look for and had one or two loose terminals on hand.
RealRed70
I have some of these for sale if needed. This is the connector for the dash wiring harness to the instrument cluster.
A_Rescue
Thank you dan and Cody, I will document what and where I get what is needed. I prefer to make my own harness and route it as required, so the connectors are important Thanks a bunch
