I don't see why they wouldn't, they don't look extremely wide.  However, it seems that floor pans tend to sit lower in the later years, so the tracks may need to be cut down.  You'll need to build and weld mounts to the floor to fit them, or rebuild the tracks to fit your existing floor mounts.  Don't simply install the seats using a bolt and nut (as was done so often in the past), the floor needs support plates where the seats mount.

 

Upholstering them to match the rear seat and door panels will probably require some custom seat covers, but I don't know all of the existing covers that will fit those seats.
