Bob Hansen Posted April 24, 2003 Share Posted April 24, 2003 The M22 Rock Crusher uses the same yoke as a turbo 400, where as the M21 uses the standard Turbo 350 / Saginaw 3sp/4sp yoke. (a special U-joint is availible to put the larger yoke on the drive shaft) I'm pretty sure the input spline has more teeth, requiring a different clutch disk. All other mounts, bellhousing, shifter are the same. Years ago it was quite common to find fake M22's with m21 guts, so pulling the shifter plate off is advisible before laying your money down.
