ejw71
Did 1st Gens have one or two different AM/FM radio options? Same question asked differently: Did the mono and stero speakers use the same AM/FM radio? Sometimes the word fader is used in reference to AM/FM radio. What does fader mean? Guest
In answer to your radio question. There was: AM radio AM radio with fader AM radio with 8 track AM-FM radio AM-FM radio with fader AM-FM stereo radio AM-FM stereo radio with 8 track The fader was a variable resistor mounted on the right radio knob that divided sound signal betweem the front speaker and the rear speaker. The stereo/8 track radio got multiple speakers in front and rear, while the others could have only the single front speaker or front and rear speaker with the fader.
