The rear seat technically weren’t cups. They were plastic pieces at the base of the rear seat that the belt buckles clipped on to. My low mile 72 had those as well as on the front bench seat.

I thought the seat belt cups in the rear might be a dealer add on but not sure. As for the cruise control, I think the load level compressor did not leave enough room for the cruise control to be installed at the factory. I have seen dealer installed cruise control on an SS454 though. There is room but maybe weren’t able to make it work as a factory installation.

The price seems about right. Congrats on the sale. If I had an auction like that close to me I would consider that as an option too for my 71 SS.

I drove the 70 Monte to work today. It drives really nice. Engine has good power and the rebuilt trans is nice and smooth. Here is a photo on the way to work where I got stopped for construction for a few minutes.

There was a member who removed the black Chevrolet emblem and put crosshairs in the chrome ring on his 71 SS. 😁
