The 9th annual Western Meet will be at the Silver Dollar Car Classic in Carson City, Nevada. This event includes a show, cruising, a poker run and more. Based on the attendance the past couple meets and the initial response from members, the 2012 meet should have another great turnout of members from several States and Provinces. We attended this event for the innaugural Western Meet in 2004 and we had a great time. We have added even more great activities this time around.
It
will be a great time with or without your Monte. I will update the web

| It is up to you whether you get the full entry package or show n shine package. Please note that we are not doing the V&T Steam Train Ride so do not buy tickets for that. The regstration cost increases by $10 after July 6th. |

| We have a block of 14 rooms (9 non-smoking) in the South building of the motel held for the club. When making a reservation, please tell them you are with the car club FGMCC. There are rooms with king size beds available in the North building at $70 if desired. Please notify Aaron by email or phone when you have booked a room.

Although not required, it is recommended to arrive
Thursday evening (August 2nd) and leave Monday Morning if you want to take part
in all the meet activities. Club members must inform
Aaron (aaron@fgmcc.com) if you are planning
on attending the meet. This will be important for planning the activities for
the weekend.
