I would like to put a cowl induction hood on my 70 Monte,does anyone know if they are made in all STEEL aftermarket? Thanks for the help.

No they aren't. Fiberglass or fabricate your own.

Here is a thread about it. There is an awesome car where they welded a chevelle cowl to a monte hood, looks so sweet.

Save your money and dont get the ones available in catalogs, they need so much work you might as well make your own. I think Mike Brichta (SP?) on the boards was making nice ones, try and find him and see if he has any left. The ones in the catalogs are pretty much useless, youd be better off taking an old door skin and making your own and save the 50 bucks! I took one of the ones I bought and used the metal for other patchwork.

Here is a link to some at The Parts Place The part # is BP105M and BP4863M They are 50 bucks a piece, Like I said above, they need ALOT of work! If yours are totally gone, it is something to start with though.
