Absolutely can be done without removing the fenders. Also without removing the front tires if you like. You will need to jack the front up though to do it with the tires on. I usually jack up the front end and remove the tires also. Soo much easier. If you are really brave, you can do it with the tires on and not jacking the front up. Not fun though. Lolol1 point
