Local Veterans home organized a cruise to salute veterans and caregivers. Was our first public outing in the Monte and happy it survived a slow parade pace on a warm day. just by coincidence we were lined up in Red white and blue classics. Great to see the vets and caregivers enjoying the cars, I was impressed that a few of them were calling out hey- Monte Carlo! Weren’t a lot of classics there mostly bikes, jeeps and vettes. They have had no family visitors so many Of them participated in parade with signs and balloons. We decided the 58 impala was to trunks what we are to hoods! Social distancing/masks was a bit of a mixed bag.
