  1. I don’t post a lot here anymore, and promised some of the newer members that I met this weekend that I would attempt to get back to it. I have a good bit of pictures I posted on Facebook, but I know some of you aren’t on there. Really enjoyed ourselves as always, seeing the usual crew, and meeting some new ones. Alli, the kids, and I all look forward to it every year, and this year didn’t disappoint i only got the first gen pics, apologizing to Bob and Joe for not getting pictures of their award winning Monte’s also I left the engine bay pics out to conserve some space here!

  3. Hello everyone, I recently received a 71 Monte Carlo. The body is in good shape but I’m in need of wiring harness for electric windows. I’m looking for window regulators too. This car have a factory A/C but the wiring is missing. To put it all in a nut shell I need to re-wire the car. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance for any help.

  8. @Drew Yes, I have the same hole (see attached image) BUT mine has a grommet with one line (not surprising). I'll have to see if I can find that grommet somewhere or retrofit something. Thank you very much for doing that! Very helpful! EDIT: I'm sure I can make this one work. I'll drill a hole through the grommet and push a piece of metal tubing for 5/32" vacuum line through it to connect the vacuum line on each side of the firewall and put it back in place. Should work very nicely.

  10. Are you recharging with R-12 or R-134?? The original owner of my car said he did the conversion before I bought the car. The air didn't work when I got the car so I had my local shop check out the car and said the poa valve hadn't been changed. We ordered a new poa valve for the R-134 system and now the ac works perfect.
