  1. Recent pics of mostly assembled front and rear...she's a dirty girl but she's getting there. I have all 12 pieces of lower trim in NOS and we are installing that next. I will update with more pics soon.

  4. Hello, I hope everyone is keeping well. I don't get on here much but I see many of you on Facebook. Last November my friend and I started a further restoration on my 71SS. She's getting close to being finished so I thought I'd drop in here and post some pics etc. This car was my late Uncle's daily driver from 1971 to about 1978 including in the salty winter months here in Ontario Canada. She had a body on restoration in the early to mid 80's but I decided to do a further body off restoration on it.

  5. Greetings everyone! I recently purchased a 1972 Monte Carlo and I’m excited and a bit overwhelmed. I’m an IT guy for the Oklahoma Army National Guard who has always wanted to restore a classic car like this but I have minimal mechanic experience. I’m not sure where to begin. The car does have some rust on the wheel wells the floor and the roof. The previous owner put in 2 floor boards but it doesn’t look like he did it the way.. It is leaking transmission fluid pretty bad. I live in the OKC area so if you know anybody that could give me some assistance and teach me (I would pay of course) I would greatly appreciate it! I am excited for this journey and to be a part of this community. One day hopefully my car will be in good enough shape so I could drive it when I want to and take it to the car shows. If you all could give me some advice on where to start that would be great! It does run and drive, I just drove it around the neighborhood.

  13. NOS front fenders were installed back in the 80's and they were oiled well. I was delighted to see they were still in amazing condition inside and out. We also installed Chevelle steel inner fenders to firm up the front end.

  17. Started prepping rear air shock guards today for painting, and found a letter Z with a circle ⭕️ around it on both guards. Not sure if it stands for anything or has any significance.
