  6. I took the hose from the windshield washer reservoir and installed it to the radiator for the overflow tank. Washer pump doesn't work at the moment and was the quickest thing to do at the track. Lolol

  8. If, by chance you're looking to put one in anyways, look for one from a mid-70's Nova. It tucks right inside the fender near the battery, looks like it was supposed to be there. They're readily available from most of the usual suppliers. The cap is a separate item that usually needs to be ordered as well.

  11. Thanks so much for doing this, Sam. Reading and seeing how a major project like this goes is one of the greatest values of being a member of this club. We all know there is more than one way to do most things, but knowing at least one successful way is a great place to start. We know you are a man of few words, but don't be afraid to explain some of the things you do and/or the reasons you do them. It will be a good learning experience for many of us and will not insult the intelligence of the more experienced engine builders, either. Thanks again for setting up this thread!
