  1. That's actually a great idea. After you're done the wood could be repurposed.🤔
  2. Check for a breakdown of the fuseable link connection. It's located near the voltage regulator, which feeds the main power into the ignition switch. That link is interconnected with the small junction block near the battery, (speaking from a '70 standpoint) that connection was a small blunder by the ingeneering at G.M. 🤔 Of course that's my personal opinion.

  4. Happy veterans day to all. Rob cool pic, quite the young lad. I've been trying to dig mine up to no avail..I just know I had one.
  5. Simply Amazing! The chances of it happening are probably much higher than winning the lottery. Yet if anyone were to find its owner it would be you Aaron.😎
  6. Just as I remember it also, I believe top post were BCI group 24, and side post were BCI group 71. According to: The Lester catalog index and The Battery Council International (BCI) is the primary trade association of OEM and after market battery manufacturers.
  7. Stock block? How about the oil pressure sending unit? They have a tendency to leak.
  8. Check POL they're local out here, I have used them before for front end rebuild kits and such. I have a promo code.. DRIVE5, at minimum check their prices. https://www.performanceonline.com/home.php

  14. I see, but of course that's depicts the left side headlight socket. One wire being the ground, high beam and low beam. The other just daisy chain to the the right beam. I doubt you'll find a socket with dual wires coming out of it, just split or splice the others with the new one. Make sense? If you're on the market for a new one that's priced right. You can't go wrong with these. https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Ceramic-Harness-Sockets-Headlight/dp/B0097AA478?keywords=uxcell+2+x+H4+9003+Ceramic+Wire+Wiring+Harness+Sockets+for+Car+Headlight&qid=1534318990&sr=8-1-fkmrnull&ref=mp_s_a_1_fkmrnull_1
