makes good sense on the sail panel reply and I will definitely keep that in mind

I am trying to decide weather or not to assemble the body with its emblems, grille, bumpers etc....or install interior. What does everyone else usually do in order. I know it is usually preference so what did most of you guy do in reassembly?

Thanks to all who replied...wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something up front under that dash..I believe I have a broken sender wire...will drop tank to find out...thought I could do a quock fix..it is the price I pay for hurrying..lol

I know that montes are close close relatives with chevelles...my question is how many grounds are in a 1972 idiot light dash...cigarette lighter,3 black eyelet wires assume one goes to metal of gauge cluster, one to left side column "A" frame and one to wiper switch..last longer wire to e-brake bracket..well four..is this rule of thumb for tach dashes as well
