After mowing grass most of the afternoon yesterday, today, Sunday , a beautiful day to assess the 71 and do a little spring dusting ,, tire pressure check ect..probably a road test too.. getting the fever .!! 🚗

And then we get a tornado Warning ⚠️ while trying to eat.. ended up tornatic two counties from us and came right thru here but no tornado 🌪️.. shew . Well said Joe!!!. There’s a multitude of variables… my 71 has original style compressor but has been converted to R134 , And does well.. did not replace hoses so I have to keep tabs on Freon pressure about once a year.. much better than trying to find R 12 here tho…

Caps and trim are plastic. The monties have the lip necessary to hold the trim on without the need for glue. The monties also have an end cap slot and lip to slide the cap on. Kinda like the end cap should have been there but wasn’t..

Actually did this after work during the week, overhaul camp site. Wind blew canopy over , left a pile of metal, ripped canvas, ect.. cross ties , er railroad ties, had rotted after 15 years. Managed to get the frame of awning back together, tore out ties with tractor, 🚜 installed new ones. Keeps the gravel from migrating out. Need concrete but $$$ .. just waiting on new cover to put on canopy.. sometime we stay up there, build a fire 🔥, a quick getaway without the trip.. enjoy cooking outdoors.. cast iron..
