2 door 2014 CTS I witnessed their operation before they were pulled so I am pretty sure they work thanks for looking for me, it’s the next project if I ever get it back from the painter lol, hum maybe he meant sept 29 2024 not 2023

I bought a set of Cadillac electric seats, I haven’t been able to get them to operate, or find a correct wiring diagram, they worked when I bought them the included picture is the cable to the plug any ideas would be appreciated
-
I’m starting with the bucket seats, I found a leather pair from a 2014 Cadillac CTS just need to figure out how to wire them. In the Caddy the front seat rails go into a socket type of arrangement, I plan on using a square ’u-bolt’ and the stock post and bolt set up in the rear. The front/back placement will take a little trial and success and it will depend on the console placement as well.

Parking brake pedal doesn’t return home
Traveler replied to Traveler's topic in Brakes and Suspension Tech
Thanks for the reply, the cable moves, I he not tried to lube the single cable but will when I get my car out of paint lock-up, lol. I have the two rear cables and when it gets a little warmer, snowing here right now, and feel up to laying on my back to replace them, I’ll get’er done. -

Thanks guys I have new rear brake cables now I just new to install them -
My parking brake pedal doesn’t return to the stop when released. What brings it home? Is it the rear brake cable springs or is my brake brake assembly missing a return spring….? thanks for your advice in advance

Went to the paint shop today, I’ve had girl friends that kept their promises better than these guy, they made some progress doors hood and trunk lid primered, it was due Sept 29, maybe Christmas but I’m not holding my breath -
Great that’s what I hoped

Yes, I remover the 2-wire connector (abandoned it) and put the alternators heavy (12 g) to the new alternators post on the rear, the new alternator had the port covered where the 2 wire connects
-
If that somebody was me,🤫 what would I need to do to bypass the voltage regulator or is that unnecessary. I did go to a one wire alternator understanding that the gen light would glow, solved that by removing the bulb😎
-
If the alternator is internally regulated what purpose does the voltage regulator perform(dah regulate) I guess my question is why two different voltage regulators

Thanks called and left a voice mail

No joy, maybe in the future but not now although they still list the part, thanks

Mega Parts Post Update Jan 2024
Traveler replied to Jared Richey's topic in Cars and Parts For Sale/Wanted
Hello Jared, My car is in the paint shop and they destroyed the drip rail moldings. From your pictures it looks like you had some at one time, would that still be true? I could use both sides if you have them. thanks, john -

Progress got to love it! Had the suspension upgraded to UMI upper and lower front and rear control arms front qa1 coil overs, inner and outer tie rod ends, front and rear sway bars, got the gas gauge to work, new alternator (seems 100A wasn’t enough to handle fuel injection gas pump 2 radiator fans bigger battery) even got the power steering pump to stop squealing finally got it running and driving right and lost it to paint it up prison hopefully just the next 6 weeks not sure what happened but my checking account got lighter lol just the interior left to do, then I’m done except the AC, radio, shucks is it ever going to end -

Is there a listing of the different badges -
Clock worked fine after installing another ground. I may have set it wrong to begin with, if my memory serves me correctly I removed my watch as I didn’t want to scratch it up working in confined spaces,
