  1. I changed the flasher can in the fuse block and the one above the steering column. I bought a in line resister to e see if it’s a load issue.
  2. Sorry, I should have clarified. The lights work fine. Running and brake lights turn on. And if you flip the turn signal or hazards the lights come on. They just won’t flash.
  3. i should add that the dash has also been converted to led. so maybe there is not even enough load for a no load flasher.
  4. I tried using the search bar but nothing came up. I put in the Led Tail lights and changed the front marker lights to LED bulbs and now none of the turn signals will flash. I ordered 2 of the no load flashers and tried them but it still wont flash. any ideas?
  5. I’m looking for the bracket that holds the light bezel on the front of a 1970 Monte Carlo. Do you have any?
  6. Thank you jft69z!!! Don’t know what I would do without this forum. 🙂
  7. Thanks guys, the quicksilver shifter does have switches for Nss and rev. So on the reverse switch would one of the wires be a feed wire and the other be going to the reverse light? If this is the case do you know what color (green or pink) is the one for the lights? I don’t have the engine bay wiring in place to be able to meter it. And on the Nss they are 10 gauge wire, the one from the quick silver switch is 12 gauge, Does it really pull that many amps that it needs 10 gauge or will the 12 gauge be fine to power whatever it powers. out of work with Covid so I’m using the time to redo the front end. Got to make it beautiful so the Chevelle people will except me at the car shows lol
  8. I’m putting in my new tilt column after doing the floor shifter swap and I have a wiring issue. The original steering column has an extra plug harness and 2 plugs that that the new one dose not. After metering them I’m assuming that the purple wires are the neutral safety and green and pink are reverse lights but wanted to check on the proper way to connect them to the new shifter. Thanks for your help.
  9. Thank you all. I know the 70 is supposed to have the round lights but this thing is nickel and diming to death like a show car should 🤑 and was trying to avoid buying a new bumper. I found the lenses at the parts place but no housings. Hopefully a member has a set of housings they want to sell. 🤞
  10. I have been rebuilding a 1970 Monte Carlo for a while and finally getting to the exterior stuff. The front bumper that came with the car appears to be a 71 with the square lights. I can not find the parts to fill these holes. can someone give me a link or place to get the housing, lens and what led bulb I should use please.
