Correct but they where not body color. They where dark grey.

this trim for a 71. Drivers door. Just above the carpet. mine has 2 screw holes in it. I have 70 lower piece I could give you. Thanks for looking.

Dang that is a NICE care! I sure would like to have an SS. I tried about 40 years ago. Guy was circle tracker and had the engine and trans out for his race stuff. Sat outside all its life. Far as I know the guy still has it. have not seen it for years.

I work with a race transmission shop owner son. He builds them too. He says "turbo 400? thats a dump truck trans" guess they are strong that way.

wow its been a while..... I am so unfocused when it comes to cars.😵 86 got painted. been working on daughter 2 getting married and buying a house. Still fiddle with my 71 a bit. The 454 may be getting nixed for now. I have got it almost all stock with nos / used parts and ALMOST everything works. had to buy aftermarket speedo and clock. Put a retro radio in. Need to get the steering column / key switch to work. Won't turn to acc. Fix the rear power windows and ac. Then who knows what is next.

Not on my PC. It has always been this way on my laptop. 🙁

found this pertaining to my fuel filter https://www.yenko.net/forum/showthread.php?t=149952 Makes me wonder if the engine is a 69 camaro (deck has been machined) or a previous owner thought it would be better this way. I think I am going with not original to my car. need to look at date codes on the exhaust manifolds. one has air bosses and the other does not. guy I bought it from said he broke one.

Could be but it is of such precise quality it would have to be factory from something. I need to follow the return line to the tank. No smog? I thought by the every car in California had smog.

can any one explain why my fuel lines and filter are different than any other 350? The lines bracket and all appear to be original minus the filter. On page 450 of the assembly manual you can see my setup LT4 sheet 6m-2. Being a California car it should have smog on it too. maybe a carry over from a 70 400?
