Sorry I can't remember who recommended the script modification for the steering wheel hub but I tried it and i love the results! thanks who ever you were. -

Finally a decent day. took Monte out for her first run of the year, got her some fresh gas and had myself my own little cruise. Looking forward to have others join me. -
The car was built in Oct. of 1971 at the Van Nuys plant in according to my built sheet and Ident-o- plate

The little car is a Johnny Lightning (Counting Cars) diecast that I sanded down and my Granddaughter painted to match my ride. -

Once they find out you're OK then it becomes hilarious.

Had it done at Craft Customs out of Texas. takes about 3 weeks to get done. A bit spendy but the craftsmanship is first rate.

where did you find the Monte horn cap? I've been looking for one for a while.
