  1. Great News! Take it easy Rob! Don't yell back too soon...may have a set back!
  2. Judy and I are lifting the entire Peters family up in prayer...for Rob's speedy recovery, for comfort to his wife and kids and for the doctors so that they are able to work with the Great Physican to get Rob back on the road to recovery! As many have already said, thanks for your updates.

    70 Monte

This is a GM display from the 1970 Auto Shows. It is a cut-away version that shows all of the safety features and innovations that are standard on the Monte. Very Cool!

  5. I am so sorry to hear this. I feel honored that I was able to spend time with him at the past 3 Eastern Meets. Ronnie was a true gentleman! May he rest in peace!
  6. Prayers are still being sent. Thanks for the updates Jared and Kevin. Keep the positive news coming.
  7. Judy and I are praying for Ronnie. I had the pleasure of meeting him in North Carolina and again at Norwalk. When Eli Brown hit a chuck hole in the middle of BFE, Ronnie went with us to rescue Eli. That is one of my best memories of the Eastern Meet. Ronnie had us all in stitches both going and coming. It is my prayer that we can relive these memories with Ronnie later this summer.
  8. Luke; I have been working on my brakelines as well. I ended up cutting them off close to the nut and using a 6 point socket. They still rounded and I had to use vise grips. Good luck with your project. I ended up ordering all new lines from Inline Tube in Michigan. They custom bend the lines to fit on your car. They did a very nice job!
  9. Yes, that is the stuff...black aerosol can with red lettering! when you spray it, it comes out looking like cotton candy. pretty cool!
  10. I got my top (unpadded) from Old Muscle Cars too. I helped Mike and Scott put it on. Be sure to buy lots of glue cans. I bought 3 and had to go gte another one.
  11. I bought the Herringbone spare tire cover and it did not fit my spare, and I have the original bias ply whitewall spare tire. You may want to check to see if they have different sizes.
  12. What year grille do they have? Do you think the price is the same price for all 3 years? I want to have my 72 grille done.
  13. As has been said already, WELCOME to our club Jose. Your Monte is absolutely amazing. It is evident that you have put lots of time and $$$ into the car. Most importantly, the color is just perfect. But then again, I have an personal bias to Dark Cherry and Merlot colored cars!
