  1. I don't have rear discs yet. Hopefully I will by the end of summer. I have fiberglass hood, front fenders and front bumper.
  2. I have the Aerospace front discs with their master cylinder. Defiantly stops better and saves a lot of weight. My car weighs 3370 with me in it and those brakes are for cars that weigh under 3000. Stops good at 110.

Its a 383 with a D1SC Procharger. It flashes around 3000, its an Edge racing convertor. It was set up for the motor prior to boost. I'm getting ready to deploy soon but I plan on purchasing a Pro Torque convertor and maybe install 2 step to help launch once I get back. It has 3.73s in a 12 bolt outback.

Wallace calculator figured around 595 to the ground, I'm little light around 3200.

Been awhile since I've posted. Made it to the track and ran a 6.37 at 109 with a 1.44 60ft. The car is still on pump gas and drag radials. I need to invest in a new convertor. I'm leaving at 2000. Not bad for SBC in a big car.
  6. I've got strange c-clip eliminators and mine don't leak. Removed the axles a few times and its street driven with a spool.
  7. Sounds nice and it is clean.
  8. Mine was without me in it and 1/2 tank of gas which is 5 gallons.
  9. Well I figure I still have the big starter, original radiator and stock drive shaft. Light weight battery saves a ton of weight as well. I was pretty impressed by the numbers. Now I can order my front springs next month.
  10. Its got a 8 point roll bar. No backseat and kirkeys up front. No I cruise it as well.
  11. I got the Monte scaled it weighs 3302 without me in it. 907 on front left 853 on front right. 751 rear left 791 rear right 53% front 46% rear. That's with fiberglass hood, front fenders, and front bumper. I just ordered some aerospace front disc so that should another 75+ pounds are so. I think I can get it down to around 31500 with rear discs, and rack and pinion front. What you guys think.
  12. Thanks. Will post new times once I get a brake upgrade.
  13. Its got a eagle rods and crank. Brodix track 1 heads,HV 1000 intake, 750 CSU carb.
  14. Its running 8lbs of boost. 60ft was 1.60.
  15. The monte ran 6.80 at 103. Not bad for a sbc and a D1sc procharger on pump gas. Need to figure out those drag radials.
