Filled the tank, took her on some errands this afternoon, and found out that the seals have failed in my A/C compressor.

Of course I was in Bend over these dates THIS year, 2013, on vacation.

Took the fam to Bruster's Ice Cream in it last night and a ride into Lexington and back home - beautiful night for a cone and a ride. If the rain holds off here, I have to go out and de-bug the front end.

Today I realized that my air conditioning stopped working. Not good.

I drove it to Lowes to buy grass seed, of all things. Got several thumbs up. Can't beat 80 and sunny!

It was 60 and sunny here today - we had a good rain the other day that washed the salt off the roads, so I thought I'd uncover the Monte and take her over to the lumberyard to pick up a little thing I needed for a project. Pulled the cover, got in, turned the key and...dead battery. Profoundly dead. Back at Christmas, I'd gotten into the glove compartment and didn't shut the door and the light drained the battery. Disappointing! Got her charged back up finally, but too late to go anyplace.

Looking great guys. This is a great time to put a new blower motor in Cory, if need be, or even if not need be.

If you can get the courtesy light harness (I got mine on Ebay, I think), they're not hard at all to install, and they make a HUGE difference in the amount of light inside.

I did the same thing - right on the front seat. She'll never even think to lift the car cover and look there.
