killerbrooks
Trying to figure out why my rear drum brakes won’t bleed. I replaced the shoes, wheel cylinders, adjusters and springs. The fronts bleed fine. Brake light is not on. Anyone with experience with this? Thanks!
imr
go to the proportion valve and see if it bleeds there. some have like a button or nipple you can press to help bleed. if it has pressure at the proportioning valve then go to the flexible line by the diff and see if it bleeds. try to half pump the brakes dont bottom the pedal out if you have an old master
Rob Peters
I agree with the proportioning valve. Look for the plunger to possibly needing to be pushed in and held during bleeding. rob

killerbrooks
After much troubleshooting I finally discovered it was the rear brake hydraulic hose that was clogged. So thrilled to be done with that!
