Lost ‘71 Monte

Back in 1992 I had just returned home from boot camp (US Army) and I bought my 1st car with the pay I earned while away, a 1971 Monte Carlo. A friend of mine had a ‘70 and I just fell in love, I knew I had to have one for myself. Time passed and I slowly worked on restoring her and I was getting close to being done. Engine, interior, brakes, wheels, tires, exhaust, and total body rework all done. It was in primer and awaiting paint.
I eventually started a family and had to move to a new apartment and had no where to store it. A guy I knew offered me a place to store it in his barn. This was 2004-05 or so. About a year later my car suddenly disappeared. He told me someone must have stolen it. (who knows?)

I have never had much luck finding anything about where she could have gone, I still have my title to prove I own it in hopes one day she can be found. Any suggestions would be appreciated. What’s a good source to search for a 13 digit VIN? Can you help me find my Monte? Thanks for reading.

It may be hard from so long ago.  If the Department Of Transportation there in Florida don't have any information on the VIN being registered or any title transfers I would think it could either been taken out of state and sold or stripped for the parts.  Good Luck on your search.
