Rob Peters Posted February 9, 2020 Share Posted February 9, 2020 Roger, yes, there should be a small wire comming off your negative battery cable end that would connect to your fender with a screw. When I first got my Monte that wire was missing and if driving at night when I would have my headlights on and turned on a turn signal all of the lights would dim with the turn signals flashing. Once I hooked that wire to the fender it corrected that issue. I do think there are other things that can cause lights to fluctuate but that would be the cheapest repair. rob Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
