smokinquack Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 Been a spectator at this show 5 years now, there is a gold 70 SS454 I've seen before, this year I talked to the owner. Little old lady who bought it brand new in the fall of '69. Super nice, all original. It had a "454" emblem right below "Monte Carlo" under the trunk lid. MC1of80 Posted July 6, 2020 Share Posted July 6, 2020 Not on a 70 or a 71 or a 72. As a matter of fact, no Monte Carlo ever built 70-88 ever had a 454 emblem on the back of it from the factory.
