Need an Underhood Picture

For 1970 that is the correct location for the heater control valve. This was on all cars with air conditioning.

FYI it was on the intake manifold in 71 and eliminated in 72.

There should be 2 dimples on the fenderwell that need to be drilled out for the valve if they are new fenderwells. This goes for the plastic as well as the steel inner fenderwells.

Aaron is correct, on the passenger side inner fender well for 70 and moved to the intake manifold for 71.

Lol l hope not Paul. Still have to get back to the 71 402 4speed resto. 🤞🤔

I have been changing what is bad on "barn find" to make it reliable to hopefully drive soon. Lol

But as you know when you fix one thing something else shows it's cards and snowballs from there. 😤
