I don't doubt the odometer, if that is how I sounded, ..........I have a 2013 impala sitting in my garage right now with 40,000............I have to put a trickle charger on it, in between wax and dust..........that must have been how your monte got treated for a lot of years🙂

I bought my 72 in 73, but it did not set in the garage.........we put 160,000 on it before it got a rest..........I am slowly trying to make it look like yours once again.......if i live long enough........

I like my impala, but it's a lot more fun cruisin in my monte....

Brought home this 44K mile 72 2 weeks ago.

Custom package

350 4 bbl, 12 bolt posi

A/C, Power windows, Tach dash, bench seat, AM/FM stereo

Early built - 5th week November 71, so no seat belt warning light in dash, and has the larger seatbelts.

Drives like new, rides smoother than my restored cars...something to be said for rubber vs. urethane bushings I guess.

 

 

Thats AWESOME dave....!!!!    Looks great right down to the whitewalls......!  I may have to whisper this so others dont hear.

but I have a spare Pass side CORRECT Sport Mirror...... just like my factory one...

Love that color as I had a 72 that color as well..
