Tell him you're part of the Monte forum, maybe it'll help us all in the end that he's getting business from us.

When I had my rear trim polished by one of our members who lives in Arizona I think. I did not have it reanodized but used a POR15 clear that I sprayed on. It is not factory but I like the looks of it.

I just sent my 3 rear trim pieces from the '72 to this place on a forum members recommendation and personal experience. So far I'm impressed with the customer service and communication with Norm, the owner. Won't know until my parts get done, but so far I'm not worried.

He retired & moved out of state right after he finished my parts. He mentioned his partner was going to continue doing the work, but I actually tried looking into it recently and saw the link to his business was as you have found, out of service. Do you need work done & if so I may be able to contact him with old email exchanges, if they are still valid.

I think Joe (70MeanGreen) was in that final group of customers with me.

I was one of the last completed jobs. I did come up with an email from Shine On Me that has the info you’re looking for…
“I will be moving next week.  Any recourse you need, please direct to Sihilling Polishing here in Santa Ana, CA.  Their number is 714-543-7051.  You’ll want to talk to Charles Sihilling, my partner in Shine On Me for the last two decades.  Any new trim orders will also be gladly received by them.”

I looked them up and it appears they are still in business. Hope this helps!!
