I got this from a member in Kansas. He also had an air cleaner but because of eBay I wasn’t going to pay the price. ( no Glen that isn’t your carb lol)  Just for kicks I bolted it on the 55 to see if it was any good. It ran pretty good for sitting a buttload of years ( still better then the one I had rebuilt for my 71)

Chris (member) sold me the rear bumper, 71 front bumper ( possibly better then the one on my 71, I haven’t looked yet) and some miscellaneous parts. I forgot to add this yesterday.

What was that TV show....'Hoarders'?

If you see people with tv cameras show up, it may be an intervention. :yay:

You are going to need to build an out-building for all of your parts, maybe Joe can give you the plans he used.

rob

I have two sheds with parts in them. But there can be a lot more stuff put in them.

Nice job Dennis!

I have a few body mounts like that on the 71 402 4 speeds frame. I purchased the "washers" that are to be welded in. That's Kevin's job tho. Lolol l can cut the hole but my welding skills stink. Lol

I bought the washers. But they were a lot thicker than the frame. I didn’t think they would weld correctly so I went this route. Let me know how the washers turn out because I’m curious if I possibly went the wrong direction. I still have two more to do. One I have another piece of frame for, the other may get a washer.

So I finally finished all the frame holes I won’t bore you with them but I had a front shock hole that was egg shaped. I snapped the first picture after I started but you get the idea. An 11mm 1/4 drive socket fit perfectly in the other side so that was my goal. I did it. Ya. Something I have never done before. A good learning experience the last couple days. I’m now done with the frame work. It’s ready for sandblasting.
