No, that would be for the front ones.

Look at the Factory Assembly manual, pages 11D -1, and 11D-3, it shows both sets.

I think the front ones are for hood height adjustment, but the rear ones are supposed to stop the hood from going thru the windshield during a frontal collision, or at least help force it to buckle in the middle to protect the occupants.

As Joe said, no the ones in the back are designed to prevent the hood from moving back into the windshield and interior of the car in case of a front end collision.  If you look at where they are located and look at the hood and hood hinges you will see the function plan.
