Finally back.. my 68 Vista cruiser

After 13 months in the upholstery shop... I got it back last Saturday. Been driving it all over again. 

I bought it in March of 2015, put a good 20k miles on it until Nov of 2020 to restore. Dropped off March of 2022 for upholstery. Way to long but he he did a a good job and reasonable price.

Still need to have vintage AC hooked up crimp lines and charge. And some outside skyglass window tint and trim. 

A few specs..

383 stroker built by fgmcc Dick Savage  (recently died) 700 R4 Transmission 12 bolt with 373 gears, 4 wheel Willwoood brakes 17" diamond back tires and look alike cutlass wheels.  Buckets, tic tak. Full covered vinyl interior (everything is vinyl no painted trim!) 69 442 pattern

W30 Stripes taped off by club founder Kevin Wiles.

Tamco Stars and Stripes Pearl White, Rock it Red Stripes. (Looks like candy)

Beautifully done and very unusual - bet she is a real head-turner everywhere she goes!  Probably moves well, too, with that 383/373 combo.  Enjoy!
