MC group, this is my first tech share.

I found my heater box had a broken clip that activates the diversion door via the cable.   It turns out this is a common failure as the clip is plastic.      There is a billet replacement I found on Amazon

I 3D printed mine about 10 years ago, if I find the file I'll upload it. I made a spare and tossed it in the glovebox.

I repaired my heater box a couple of years ago and used the billet actuator clips. Seemed like a great idea to me as well since the plastic ones, and anything plastic really, are notorious for breaking over time.
