Has anyone ever used the Holley Sniper Fuel Trank Drop in Module for EFI on their Monte?

I bought the tank, fuel line kit with return and a the drop in  unit for that setup when I did mine. I had thought about going that route but I was not sure how old my tank was and would rather be safe than sorry

Thinking about it more, and I was probably being stupid, but....

If I use the inline fuel pump, I think it would be fine to leave the original sending unit in place.

The old fuel pump isn't even in the tank, which you would want to remove and block off anyways.

Keep in mind, EFI systems are more susceptible to fuel starvation if there is insufficient baffling or provisions in the gas tank, especially at lower fuel levels. A carb can weather that storm because of the residual fuel in the carb bowl (during hard cornering, fast acceleration, etc.)

With EFI, if it sucks air, it doesn't run.

I know that well.

Um, I may or may not have had issues with a low fuel tank level, when I was adjusting the IAC on the sniper efi in my 1942 international harvester pickup.

I cannot confirm or deny any rumors that may be out there.  LOL!

Plus the fuel line for the Sniper is larger than stock
