Montemedic Posted June 4 Author Posted June 4 To all, Our Host hotel for the Syracuse Nationals has contacted me to let us know the Hotel is now sold out for this event. They have also created a waiting list for rooms too. There will be no additional rooms available and we lose our Club discount on June 17, 2025 and any available rooms we may have. If you’re thinking of coming, book your room ASAP. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact me first. I may be able to backfill your reservation with another Club member who would like to attend. Any questions, please contact me. (631) 445-1958. Thank you, CK 5 Quote

jft69z Posted June 23 Posted June 23 Just a quick note, if anyone wants me to bring any Club merchandise to the meet, let me know. As with Carlisle, I'll pre-wash any garments first, if you want me to. The new Club hats sold pretty good at Carlisle, so I'll be putting in an order soon to re-stock. 4 Quote

Montemedic Posted Wednesday at 03:19 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 03:19 PM It’s almost time for the 2025 Syracuse Nationals Mini Meet to commence. Only 7 wake up’s to go !!! Next Thursday (7/17) I will be caravanning with other Club members from Long Island to Syracuse New York. We are looking forward to seeing some new, returning and other Northern Club members at this Mini Meet. It’s getting bigger every year. If you’re unable to join us this year, please put it on your bucket list. It’s an amazing event and well worth the trip. Lots of vehicles, fun, food, ice cream and antics happening here !!! 7 Quote
cny first gen 71 Posted Wednesday at 05:21 PM Posted Wednesday at 05:21 PM Took a ride to the hotel all the cars that were out front in March are gone so no problems parking the trailers up there. Of course I stopped at at Antonio's and got an ice cream 🍦 8 Quote

Dtret Posted Thursday at 10:47 AM Posted Thursday at 10:47 AM I think that’s the only reason Joe goes to this meet. He had to get his tangerine fix. lol. 1 6 Quote
420ponies Posted Thursday at 11:06 AM Posted Thursday at 11:06 AM I believe this was asked before..........has anyone gotten their ticket for the show yet? Mine has not shown up yet. I ordered mine when we were in Syracuse back in March for the Cavalcade of cars show. 1 Quote

Bring your printed receipt with you, show them at the tent & you'll get your packet. We typically take a run out there Thursday afternoon as a group to pick them up. 2 Quote
FrankOC Posted Thursday at 12:17 PM Posted Thursday at 12:17 PM Check your email for something from Galaxy Events. 3 Quote
cny first gen 71 Posted Thursday at 12:21 PM Posted Thursday at 12:21 PM It may be different for campers but I got a letter in the mail which I bring to fairgrounds and get my packet. It's no longer host hotel to register you have to do that at the fairgrounds this year. Go to gate 7 and i guess there will be a place to register. That is new this year and to be honest I think it's gonna be congested. I personally hope that next year they go back to original host hotel. You can call the 800 number and ask 800-753-3978 3 Quote

420ponies Posted Thursday at 12:43 PM Posted Thursday at 12:43 PM Just called the 800 number, registration is a Gate 6 next Thursday and Friday. I'm going to the website now and figure out what is happening with my registration. 1 Quote
cny first gen 71 Posted Thursday at 12:53 PM Posted Thursday at 12:53 PM I may take a ride over Monday when camper registration starts if I have time and figure out the layout and possibly get my registration packet. I'll let you all know. 1 Quote
420ponies Posted Thursday at 02:32 PM Posted Thursday at 02:32 PM 🤣🤣🤣...............Boy do I feel (as Red Forman would say in "That 70's Show). I found my envelope they sent April 4th, 2025 , with the letter I need for the show. It must have not registered with those pesky brain cell tangents lurking in my head! . All I do is present this letter to the registration tent (between Gate 6 & 7) . It also States "ON-SITE registration starts Thursday July 17th, at 8:00AM at Gate 7 " . Glad I got figured out ! . All good now! And away ,we go!! 6 1 Quote
jft69z Posted Thursday at 04:35 PM Posted Thursday at 04:35 PM I never got anything in the mail, just the emailed receipt from 12-2-24 when I bought the pass. I reprinted it today, it now has this statement on there, plus the QR code on the receipt. Registration credentials will need to be picked up at the Registration Tent at the NYS Fairgrounds, by entering through Gate 6 starting Thursday, July 17th – Sunday, July 20th, 2025 - 8am-8pm. 4 Quote
FrankOC Posted Thursday at 09:31 PM Posted Thursday at 09:31 PM A week from now we will probably be at dinner, (no surprise there). 5 1 1 Quote
