Defrost Y duct needed

So what is the difference in them. Different part #s or the steel tab on the bottom. And the other no tab. ?

I found a really good one

864 940 2146 

This one is "made in Canada" and seems to be of better materials than most I've had.

The duct looks great. I think that is the first one I’ve seen that isn’t broken at the screw holes. So what’s up with the saddle door panels?
