I looked into it for a couple movies for mine but it didn't work out. My car has been used in three movies. In two of them I was used as an extra driving my Monte. It is very long days and the pay is horrible but the experience in neat to see what all goes into these shoots. Also the free food and snacks is good. In the two that I got paid as an extra, my Monte got paid more than me. Now, to be honest with you, I could not be seen in any of the scenes I was use as an extra in but I had to go through the entire wardrobe thing so I at least looked the part. Also, to be honest with you, one of the movies my car was in, my car could not even be seen which is great because when that movie was released it was a horrible movie called "Mysteries Of Pittsburgh". The movie my car was used in the most was a Newflix series called "Mind Hunter" I found my car in that one maybe 4 or 5 times. rob 8 Quote

But at least your car gets recognized ... and free food.😋 3 Quote
willie Posted February 21 Posted February 21 LOL Still very cool that your car was in any movie Rob!!! Very Cool!!!! And i am sure lunch was great also!!! I remember when i was working in the city as a "G" man, they had movies going all the time. They didn't want us down the block because they were filming. Sometimes i would screw with them and tell them i needed some drinks (even though i don't drink), they always brought me beers and sometimes really good food. Didn't matter to me but my helpers were extremely happy!!! LOL 4 Quote

Careful Willie, some of is remember back in the day a G-Man was a fed 🤣 I saw a commercial recently, (actors father and son) working on a nice looking Mopar.....father picks up tool pouch off the ground and places it on the fender. I know I would have interrupted the scene if it was mine 🙃 8 Quote

willie Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Guys that "G" Man thing stays here!!!! LOL Its funny i cringe when ever i see anyone put anything on the fender of any car, even if there is a towel or fender cover already on the fender!!!! I have seen on FBMP and other places people putting all kinds of stuff on their cars. Ridicules!!! 1 Quote
