FeSo4man Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Has anyone used the UMI performance front/rear spring kit (530 lb/130 lb) with a big block? Their description says a 1/4" rake with iron heads (that's what I'm equipped with)- I don't have a problem with a more "muscle car" stance but don't want too much of a squat, to cause any ride/handling issues or any clearance problems. Planning to run Bilstein 24-00924 and 24-009492, standard rally wheels and tires. 1 Quote
420ponies Posted March 15 Posted March 15 UMI Performance is generally pretty good at getting the ride height right with there spring set-ups. I went with the coil-over package for my new BBC and my set ride height is just what I wanted. That set-up you have will surely give you better handling and a comfort ride . You'll get the California rake on your car. 1"to 1 1/2" front to back. Classic look in my eyes. 2 Quote
