Are there any tricks to installing new weather stripping? Is this needed anywhere to supplement the installation?

Shouldn’t need that but you will need some adhesive.

NO, not for Rob....  Sir is a term of respect I have not yet earned.  My Daddy was a SIR!!!    AND, since Royalty has not dubbed me Sir Rob that would also not be appropriate. So Dennis, unless you want the dancing banana's to start showing up again I suggest you retract that statement.

As "Retired President", doesn't the term "Sir" become an automatic title ????

The strip caulk was used at the factory, but only to attach the weathershields to the doors and inner structures, behind the door panels and inner qtr panel covers.

Need it also for your drip rail trim. Not continuous but only small pieces in certain stops.

I understand that it was used in production for different applications. But for what he is doing it’s not.
