When I bought new lines for my wagon I ordered them pre made for the overdrive transmission.

I'm searching for lines made and bent correctly for a 200 R4 for my 70 monte carlo. I contacted inline tube but they acted like they'd need a line to go by.  Common sense would say bend it like a 80s monte in the rear and bend like a th 350 in the front.

Or am I over thinking and a th 350 line will work. I just don't want messy lines. The ones in the car now are original and we're bent to made work by the trans shop when the 200 r4 was installed

i reused my lines when installing the 200 r4.   I cut the lines about 6-8" from the transmission fittings, then put the bottom line in the top and the top line  into the bottom then reconnected with compression fittings.   The reason for reversing them is due to the 200 4r line out to the radiator and return line are opposite of the th350.

In my other car I made new lines out of braided steel hose and ran them through the frame from the radiator to the bend in the frame under the passenger door.   There is an opening in the frame at the radiator and another at the bend under the door.

Good to know. :)

I like what Frank recommended...

The lines are bent fairly similar, but I switched the ends and used compression fittings as well.

The previous owner had clipped them and used rubber hose and clamps, I figure that the compression fitting are a better set up.

The 200r4 uses metric threads. But there are metric/SAE fittings if you want to preserve the originals.
